“And the King shall answer and say unto them, assuredly I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you have done it unto Me.”   Matthew 25:40

Rev. Banks continued the series Infinite Possibilities with the message titled The Unwasted Life and the scripture text taken from Matthew.  We have to leave the past in the past, don’t waste time fretting over something you can’t change. As a faithful follower of Christ we just move forward and be Jesus’ hands and feet.

The Methodist Women had our lunch meeting after worship.  Dawn & Dee Woods provided us with a wonderful lunch of chicken taco, rice and two great desserts.  We have plans for our annual Bazaar sometime in October.  We took back packs to the Elementary and Intermediate school.

Next Sunday we have our Pot Luck Fellowship meal after worship.

Wed Sept 7th we start Kid’s Club after school program. (K-5th grade) We will pick up between 3:00 and 3:15 pm. at elementary and intermediate school. Children need to be picked up from the church at 5:00 pm.  Arrangements can be made to take them home, if necessary.

Prayers for Wanda Yarborough, Margaret Sheppard.

Happy birthday to Liam Doherty.

Have a great week.
