Furniture Donations
The Homeless Ministry is in need of any furniture, appliances, etc. you wish to donate.. Furniture must be in good condition. Please contact Bonnie Nicholas at servethehomeless@emoryfellowship.org.
Non-Perishable Food Items
Emory Food Pantry is in need of non-perishable food and $15 Safeway Gift Cards to purchase meats during these difficult economic times. Bring your food items to church during worship services, weekends or evenings for deposit in bins located near the front of the sanctuary. Food items and gift cards can also be dropped off at the Emory Beacon of Light office 6128 Georgia Avenue NW (at the corner of Georgia and Rittenhouse) Mondays through Fridays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Thanksgiving Baskets
The Emory Beacon of Light and Emory Fellowship will be collecting non-perishable food and $15 Safeway gift cards for Thanksgiving Baskets for our neighbors. Please click on Food Pantry List for suggested items. We want to fill as many baskets as possible. Bring items on November 15th and November 22nd worship service. Baskets will be distributed on November 24.
