Responsibilities of the Finance Committee are to develop the church's budget, stewardship of expenditures and raise funds for ministry. They coordinate needs with ministries.
Responsibilities of the Nominations Committee are to identify new members for leadership, select officers for new year, offer leader training and evaluate effectiveness of ministries. They consult with other committees for new ministries.
SPRC - Staff Pastor Relations Committee
Responsibilities of the SPRC are to set policies for staffing, hire and evaluate staff, determine salaries, annual assessment with pastor and find ways to appreciate and honor staff.
Responsibilities of the Trustee Committee are to keep facilities in good order, make plans for major repairs or replacements and host work days. They coordinate needs with the Finance Committee.
